Over the years ultra violet rays, dirt, moisture & mould can cause severe damage to the appearance of roof tiles, here at Northside Roof Coatings we can take your tired old looking roof & make it look like new again, we are a Dulux accredited company with trained applicators in the Dulux Acratex 962 roof membrane system, A full ten year written warranty on all materials & labour is supplied on completion of every job so you will have peace of mind knowing that your new roof coating will last.

The system includes:

• Inspection
• Repair or replace all damaged tiles & faulty valleys
• High pressure wash
• Rebed capping where required
• Repoint capping with flexible acrylic pointing mix
• Sterilise where necessary any mould
• Apply sealer coat to entire roof
• Apply two coats of Dulux 962 roof membrane coating
• Clean up

The system is also ideally suited for the restoration of metal roofing, including Colorbond
